Webinar Recording

As an employee with stock options in a growing company, you have the opportunity to participate in the value creation as it relates to your equity compensation. There are questions you might need to ask: When are you able to exercise, how does the taxation work, can you exercise during a funding round, how much will this cost, what is the downside, and what happens if I leave the company voluntarily?

Over the years, GW & Wade has had the opportunity to help countless employees at high-growth companies while they were scaling, participating in funding rounds, and preparing for pre and post-acquisition.
