WOMEN & WEALTH
The Critical Connection Between Health & Wealth Planning
Hosted by GW & Wade
Today, women are living longer than ever before1. This increased longevity has placed more emphasis on the need to take better care of ourselves, and requires greater awareness to sustain lifestyles throughout retirement.
Join us at GW & Wade’s Women & Wealth event. Learn how to improve your health and live your best life by eating right, with a focus on making small, steady changes over the long term.
With humor and compassion, nutritionist Lyn Schwartz will discuss how particular foods can help to protect your memory, eyes, skin and digestive system. You’ll also learn what foods help to combat stress and alleviate menopause symptoms, pollutants and free radicals, helping you to sustain your health and combat slow-growing cancers.
Health Remedies Through Colors & Shapes of Food
Schwartz will also discuss the different colors and shapes of food, and explain how each can help lessen common ailments with disease-fighting properties.
Connection Between Health & Wealth
Financial counselor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional Kelli A. Adams will discuss key connections between your health and wealth, and how the two work in tandem in building financially-sustaining retirement portfolios.

Yet, every woman is different, each having a different body type and lifestyle needs. Adams will discuss how to approach these differences in order to maximize your long-term personal goals, including approaches to improve discipline and goal setting and other methods to lower health care costs through healthy living.
