Emily Towne McNeil is an attorney at Charles River Law Partners, practicing in all areas of wealth and estate planning. Attorney McNeil is also an adjunct professor at Framingham State University. She has been recognized by colleagues as a Rising Star in Boston Magazine's annual list of Super Lawyers for 2013, 2014, and 2015. 

Denise N. Yurkofsky, Esq.

Denise Yurkofsky is a certified elder law attorney, specializing in estate planning, special needs planning, elder law, and probate. Attorney Yurkofsky is a member of the Board of Directors of the Massachusetts Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She is also a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council, the Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
